Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Capacity

By accessing Lvlup CV ("the Service"), you enter into a binding contract with Vetoropiparo Unipessoal LDA. You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Users between 16 and 18 warrant that they have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service: Information Parity & AI Disclaimer

Lvlup provides a career intelligence terminal.

Algorithmic Nature:

You acknowledge that the Service utilizes third-party LLMs (including OpenAI and Google Gemini). Outputs are probabilistic; Lvlup is not responsible for AI "hallucinations" or data inaccuracies.

No Employment Guarantee:

We provide the Playbook; you execute the Strategy. Lvlup does not guarantee job placement or specific financial outcomes.

3. Subscription Models & SaaS Terms

Freemium Tier:

Access is subject to usage caps and rate-limiting. Lvlup reserves the right to modify or revoke free access tiers at any time to maintain platform integrity.

Automatic Renewal:

Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/annually) unless cancelled via your account settings at least 24 hours prior to renewal.

4. Refund Policy & Dispute Resolution

Refund Finality:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

Strategic Resolution:

Lvlup maintains an after-sales support channel at support@lvlup.cv. Users agree to contact support to resolve billing issues prior to initiating a bank chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability & Class Action Waiver

Liability Cap:

Total cumulative liability of Vetoropiparo Unipessoal LDA shall not exceed the greater of €100.00 or the amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Class Action Waiver:

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE LAWSUIT.

6. Third-Party Recommendations & Affiliate Disclosure

The Service may provide recommendations for third-party products, services, certifications, or tools ("Third-Party Products") based on your CV analysis.

Remuneration Disclosure:

In accordance with FTC guidelines and international advertising standards, please be advised that Lvlup may receive financial compensation (affiliate commissions) from the providers of these Third-Party Products if you choose to make a purchase through links provided on the platform.

No Endorsement or Warranty:

Such recommendations are generated algorithmically for informational purposes. Lvlup does not warrant the quality, accuracy, or efficacy of any Third-Party Products. Your engagement with any third-party service is governed solely by that provider's terms. Lvlup is not liable for any financial loss or career outcomes resulting from your purchase of Third-Party Products.

7. Governing Law & Arbitration

Jurisdiction:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Arbitration:

Any dispute shall be settled by individual binding arbitration in Lisbon, Portugal, conducted in English under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
